Terms and Conditions
We advise you to read our terms and conditions before you proceed with your order.
- By submitting an order with Evolution Mats you are confirming that you are either the owner or have the owner’s permission to use any artwork used in the production of your mat.
- All mats remain the property of Evolution Mats until full payment is received.
- We reserve the right to charge any debt collection fees and court costs incurred in the need of recovering outstanding or overdue monies.
- Please note that all our buy online mats mats bought per linear meter at a bespoke length are non refundable. Please call 0161 408 1135 for more information.
- We ask you to take note that slight colour variation may occur from a view of your mat on screen or in a print out to the final printed mat. Variations in this are expected but will not be drastic.
- Also please note that there is a +/- 2% size tollerance on each order for logo mats, media & ad mats and bar runners. We work to your size but in the cutting process a small +/- 2% size variation may occur.
- We may give a slightly larger size on our coir mats than you have requested on our site as it is often the case that a matwell is not perfectly symetrical or an exact size. Our coir mats are easy to cut with a small blade to your precise size. We want to ensure what you order on our site would not be too small for your matwell.
- In the unlikely event that any products we provide are faulty you must notify Evolution Mats within 3 days to receive refund or replacement. Unfortunately after this point we will not be able to make arrangements for refund or replacement. On all bespoke items we will only be able to offer replacement within the 3 day period.
- We ask that you check your order details carefully before submitting an order with Evolution Mats. If you are ordering via the online shopping system you must check you have ordered the correct type, quantity, size and colour of mat. If we deliver the mat you have ordered but the order placed was incorrect then we cannot issue any refund or exchange of mat. For any bespoke items we have strict proofing procedures to ensure your mats details are correct and that the artwork is set up correctly. Once you have signed off this artwork and the mat has been put into production no changes can be made to the order.
