How do I know from the website that I am buying the right product?
We give as much information as we can for each mat that we provide on the website. It should tell you whether your mat is suited for a residential, commercial or industrial setting, whether it is used for areas of low or heavy footfall, if it is resistant to chemicals, water and oil and whether they are machine washable. All our products come with full size and colour options available to order online which can be placed that day. Can I have any design printed onto your mats?
Our bespoke mats allow you to have anything you want printed onto our mats whether it is a logo or a full image. Our logo mats and coir mats offer the perfect opportunity to have your logo printed onto one of our high quality mats whereas our media mats and ad mats offer perfect photo quality image replication onto a floor mat. Our bar runners and mouse mats offer the same photo quality replication but on a smaller scale. Perfect for corporate gifts or company promotions. Our designers prefer to have your logo in a computer eps or pdf format however other arrangements can be made on request. Full size imagery being printed onto a mat will need to be of extremely high quality dependant on the size of the mat that you require but our design team can assist you with any queries.
My logo has very specific colours, can you replicate this?
We currently offer a vast range of 40 colours that your mat can be produced in but we can also match any colour that you require. Simply send us the pantone reference for your desired colour and we will produce the mat with this. This does come at a slight extra charge at £40 per pantone match.
Can my mats be cleaned?
All our products are extremely easy to clean. They can all be cleaned by vacuuming, shaking or hosing down and most can even be washed in a domestic washing machine. Check our product information for specific product details.
How long will it take for my mats to be delivered?
Our delivery times range for each mat. Our mats that are available for online purchase should be with you from 3-5 working days. For our bespoke mat options we like to leave 2-3 weeks delivery time to get the mats produced however we do offer a fast turnaround service on our bespoke mats. This comes at an extra cost per mat but ensures that you get your mat within 3 working days.
How do I know how much my mat will cost me?
All our mats that are available to purchase online have prices listed for each size and colour option on the site. Our bespoke mats are specifically tailored for you. The size, colours and mat type will change with each order so we ask that you call one of our sales operatives on 0161 408 1135 and give us your details. We will then be happy to provide you with a quote for your mat.
Are people likely to slip on my mat?
Our mats are suitable for any surface, from concrete, tiles and wood to carpets and flooring. The majority of our products come with a nitrile rubber backing which will ensure that the mat won’t slip.
Can I return my mat to you?
In the case of a manufacturing flaws then we will refund your money or replace the mat as long as you inform us within 3 days of receiving the mat. On refund or replacement we will be required that you return the flawed mat to us. If the mistake has been made by you on ordering unfortunately we cannot refund or replace the mat. We ask that you thoroughly check all details of your mat before confirming the purchase.
Do I need to have specialist knowledge to lay my mat?
Most of our mats are easily lay able by anyone. They can be place wherever you require and moved at any point. Our flooring products cover a much larger surface area that our mat options but are fitted with an easy to join system that means laying the mat is extremely easy.
How can I pay for my mat?
We offer many ways of payment for your mat. You can shop online and pay by credit/debit card or phone one of our advisors and by the same method over the phone. We also offer the opportunity to pay by cheque but unfortunately cannot begin producing your mat until the funds have cleared so this will add extra delivery time to your order.
